How XP is calculated
XP (experience points) are earned across everything you do on Nabu — watching, learning, and keeping your daily streak alive. Here's a full breakdown of every way to earn XP and climb the leaderboard.
Watching videos
- Watch time (standalone videos)2 XP / min
- Daily watch-time cap120 XP / day
- Each video is counted only once — re-watching does not award extra XP.
Courses
- Complete a course lesson5 XP
- Complete a full course (100%)100 XP
- Rate a course5 XP
- Each lesson and completion bonus is awarded only once per course.
Course final exam
XP is based on your score. On retakes, only the improvement above your previous best is credited — your XP will never go down.
- Perfect score (100%)500 XP
- 90 – 99%400 XP
- 80 – 89%300 XP
- 70 – 79%200 XP
- 60 – 69% (pass)100 XP

Quizzes (Games)
- Pass a quiz20 XP
- Perfect score bonus+10 XP
Daily streak
- Visit per day1,000 XP
- Show up every day to keep the streak alive and earn 1,000 XP each time.
Milestone bonuses:
- 🔥 7-day streak+25 XP
- 🔥 14-day streak+50 XP
- 🔥 30-day streak+100 XP
General rules
- XP is cumulative and permanent — it never resets or expires.
- Repeat actions (re-watching a video, retaking an exam with a lower score) do not reduce your XP.
- Exam XP only increases — on a retake you earn only the difference above your previous best tier.
- Watch-time XP is capped at 120 XP per day to keep the leaderboard fair.
- The leaderboard refreshes every 5 minutes.
